Early Customer Account Representative - Contract to Hire The Early Customer Account Representative position is located in the Alpharetta, GA area. This role is essential for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring account compliance, contributing to a company known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and innovative financial solutions. Shift of the Early Customer Account Representative: Availability to work both 8-5 and 11-8 is required. 2-3 Saturdays per month Pay Rate of the Early Customer Account Representative: $19.50 - $21.50/hr Responsibilities of the Early Customer Account Representative: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers with accounts that are 5-29 days past due. Handle approximately 200+ phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude. Identify root causes of customer delinquency and negotiate effective solutions. Actively contribute to achieving center objectives related to delinquency management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures during customer interactions. Qualifications of the Early Customer Account Representative: Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions. Strong multitasking abilities, capable of talking and typing simultaneously. Customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional service.
