Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Associate National distributor of commercial interior decor products in business for more than 30 years seeks an upbeat Customer Service Associate to join their team. Experience with construction or working with contractors, flooring, countertop, cabinet installation knowledge and service experience would be very helpful. Our chosen Customer Service candidate must possess clear and effective communication skills. Bilingual, English and Spanish, is very helpful but not required. Receive inbound calls by phone, fax, email and in person at the showroom Enter orders in a timely and accurate manner Possess a general understanding of inventory, pulling product out and entering into the system Process sales orders, returns, credits and quotes Display a working knowledge of MS Outlook for email and e-fax communication Learn Microsoft-based proprietary order, return and quote database Demonstrate excellent math skills including converting feet to inches (division skills are also used on a daily basis) Arrive ready to work on time every day and work hours of operation, M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional overtime Benefits Once Permanent: 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee discount Flexible spending account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance If you're looking for stability, a casual but professional atmosphere and great benefits, this may be the job for you! Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
