As a Customer Care Coordinator in our Reroof Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers throughout their reroofing projects. This position serves as the key connection between customers, sales, operations, and internal support teams, helping to deliver projects with clear communication, strong follow-through, and outstanding service. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after contracts are awarded, providing proactive updates and timely responses throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
  • Support the Reroof sales team with customer communication and administrative follow-up
  • Coordinate project handoffs between Sales and Operations, tracking project milestones, schedules, and key commitments
  • Assist with scheduling site visits, project start dates, and ongoing customer communications
  • Maintain accurate customer and project records within Salesforce and company systems, including contracts, warranties, change orders, and closeout documentation
  • Help ensure project files are complete, organized, and accessible for all stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate service gaps or customer concerns for resolution, supporting quality assurance and follow-up processes
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Customer Care, and Field Teams to maintain clear communication and alignment on customer expectations and project status
  • Support reporting and tracking of customer interactions and service metrics

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, project coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
  • Experience in construction, roofing, service industries, or project-based environments (preferred)
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred)
  • Customer service experience supporting field operations or project teams (preferred)
