In this role, you'll work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound customer callsAssist customers with post-installation service requestsSchedule service appointments and coordinate necessary follow-upOrder replacement parts through manufacturers when neededCommunicate schedule updates and service timelines to customersEscalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and stay organizedPositive, solution-oriented mindsetComfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPrevious customer service experience preferred
