Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer inquiries and processing orders across multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while delivering a high level of customer service. This is a great opportunity located in Wheeling, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and online store platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and provide product quotes, pricing details, and order information to customers in a timely manner.
  • Process payments securely and accurately, including credit card or other payment methods.
  • Enter and manage orders in internal systems, verifying all details such as quantities, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Send order confirmations and follow up with customers regarding order status, updates, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and prompt resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of orders and customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and order management platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer service or order processing.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

  • 100% onsite
  • Pay $19- $23 an hour, depending on experience
