This includes processing emails, online orders, faxes, and handling high-volume daily calls. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will assist Management and Regional Sales Managers with administrative and account maintenance support. Responsibilities: Efficient processing of customer orders received daily by fax, email, online ordering, and telephone Handle or channel customer requests, questions, and complaints in a professional manner Process account updates, debits, credits, and maintain customer account files Assist Management and Regional Sales Managers with administrative support tasks Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records Manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service Complete additional office and departmental support duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred Strong telephone and communication skills Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and email systems Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Benefits and Perks: $19.00 per hour Medical Benefits Holidays Training & Growth Your New Organization: The client manufactures and distributes quality service parts to the heavy-duty industry.
