Make confident outbound follow-up calls to clients. What You'll Bring: Must be computer-savvy with direct experience in Epicor or Vantage ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications. Background in manufacturing customer service or call centers is a huge plus. Knowledge of customer service best practices, including effective problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques.
