Client Service Specialist
of Santa Barbara - 0ffice - Santa Barbara, CA - Part Time
Part-Time: Monday, Thursday, Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-Call: 3 nights per week
Salary Range: $19-$21 per hour
is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and daily branch operations in a fast-paced home care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate home care referrals and staffing assignments
Schedule qualified caregivers for patient cases
Ensure orders and documentation are current
Support recruiting and hiring efforts
Maintain compliance with credentialing requirements
Assist with employee counseling and service issue resolution
Support office operations as needed
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
Home healthcare experience preferred
Experience using technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
