We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting customers with questions and providing recommendations

- Processing sales transactions at the assigned cash register

- Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets

- Keeping the store well-stocked and recovering merchandise

- Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and replenishing stock according to productivity standards

- Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and management

- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable

- Performing other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drugstore settings highly preferred

- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required

- Must be able to lift 3050 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required

- Strong organizational and communication skills required

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required
