About the Industry:

About the Role: SITKA Gear is hiring a seasonal customer service associate in our Bozeman, MT call

center.

Responsibilities:

? Provide prompt and accurate responses to calls and emails

? Be the expert voice of the organization

? Have a professional demeanor in all written and verbal communication

? Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or

alternatives

? Troubleshoot and solve problems independently

? Provide timely feedback to the organization regarding product or service failures or customer

concerns

? High attention to detail, accuracy and excellence in a very fast paced environment

? Partner with other associates and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent

? Computer knowledge and skills, including MS Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel

? At least one year customer service experience

Desired Qualifications (if applicable):

? Previous SITKA Gear experience

? Experience working with CRM Systems

? Experience with Zendesk Platforms
