We are partnering with a well-established service-based organization looking to add a strong Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who excel in communication, problem-solving, and delivering a strong customer experience without relying on scripted responses.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to service inquiries, account questions, scheduling, and issue resolution
Provide personalized, solution-oriented support
Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
Listen actively to customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
Clearly explain services, account details, and next steps to customers
Partner with internal teams to resolve customer requests in a timely manner
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable handling back-to-back calls throughout the day
Ability to think critically and respond naturally without scripted prompts
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
Background in billing, account resolution, or customer account management ideal
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
