Customer Service Representative | Part Time

Position Overview: This is an in-office position supporting the administrative team with answering phones, talking with customers that come into our location, writing service tickets, collecting payment from over the phone and in-person, digital filing and providing excellent customer service!

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Hours: 9:00am to 2:00pm |Part- Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday

We provide premium maintenance, installation, and repair service of heating and cooling systems and plumbing services for both residential homeowners, commercial properties and industrial settings in Gillette, Buffalo, and Sheridan WY. Proudly serving our local communities since 1979!

Essential Job Duties:

• Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
• Greeting customers
• Composing service tickets
• Collecting payment over the phone & in-person
• Uploading documents to SharePoint
• Completing deposits daily
• Filing
• Assisting officer personnel

Qualifications / Skills:

• Stellar customer service skills
• Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
• The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
• A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
• Able to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
• Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Adobe
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• High school Diploma or equivalent
