In this role, youll play a vital part in creating seamless, positive experiences while supporting a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What Youll Do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact answering inbound calls, voicemails, chats, and messages promptly and professionally
• Schedule and coordinate service calls (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) efficiently for both customers and technicians
• Build relationship-focused conversations that emphasize whole-home solutions and long-term customer trust
• Use critical thinking to creatively solve customer and scheduling challenges
• Support team members while delivering world-class customer service
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, communication, and active listening skills
• Keep a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor even in high-pressure situations
• Manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and strong teamwork

Compensation & Details

• Full-Time Position
• $20.00 $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Experience & Qualifications

• 12 years of customer service or customer-facing experience (required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
