You'll be: Typing response letters and performing various administrative tasks for the team. Managing correspondence via fax and email, including routing and filing documents appropriately. Answering incoming calls to resolve pharmacy-related claims and provide pharmacy benefits information. Supporting members, providers, group administrators, and internal customer service teams. Reporting to the team lead and participating in a 1-week on-the-job training. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required). Have at least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a pharmacy or healthcare environment. Have completed at least 2 years of college (minimum 48 credit hours). Demonstrate adaptability, clear communication skills, responsibility, and dependability. Possess empathy, compassion, patience, and a positive, upbeat personality.
