The Role
The Customer Service Rep's (CSR) primary role is to key received order requests into multiple systems for internal and external order submissions. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Entering customer orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Review the order for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and verify that the order submission is accepted. This role is a non-customer-facing position. Working with internal POC with limited to no interaction with customers. Requires a GSA background check working with Federal accounts.
The Main Responsibilities
Work independently on case orders and, at times, with other groups to request additional order information necessary to complete order submissions
Check source documents for accuracy
Verify data and correct data where necessary
Obtain further information for incomplete documents
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
Enter data from source documents into the computer systems and forms
Check completed work for accuracy
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Computer and technical skills - 2 or more years of experience

Computer and technical skills - 2 or more years of experience including Microsoft suite
Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem solving
Telecom knowledge or background is preferred including managed services, Data, Voice, Ethernet, DWDM, SRE, DIA, SD-WAN

We have an urgent need for a Customer Relations Specialist II for a remote opportunity within the USA. This role is focused on telecom order management, data processing, and internal customer support operations in a fast-paced enterprise environment. We are actively seeking US Citizens for this position due to federal account requirements and mandatory background screening processes associated with the role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and entering customer order requests into multiple internal and external systems while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of order-related information. The role involves reviewing source documents, verifying data integrity, correcting discrepancies, and coordinating with internal points of contact to obtain additional information required for successful order completion. Candidates will work extensively with computer systems and enterprise applications to support order processing activities while maintaining compliance with data security and integrity standards. This is a non-customer-facing role with primary interaction occurring internally across operational and support teams. The selected professional will contribute to efficient order management workflows, operational accuracy, and service delivery support within telecom-focused environments supporting federal accounts.
Required skill sets include strong computer and technical skills along with hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems for data entry and order management activities. Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Telecom industry knowledge or exposure to managed services, Data, Voice, Ethernet, DWDM, SRE, DIA, and SD-WAN technologies is highly preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, handling high-volume order processing tasks, and maintaining accuracy in fast-paced operational environments.
