Call Center Representative (College Graduate)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm & Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice supporting our members-solving problems, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
What You'll Do
As a Call Center Representative, you'll gain handson experience across a wide range of customer and financial services responsibilities, including:
- Answer incoming calls and assist members in a professional, timely, and friendly manner
- Resolve member needs with a goal of firstcall resolution
- Support requests related to:
- Account balances, transfers, and payments
- Debit and credit card support, including fraud assistance
- Mobile and online banking platforms
- Loan and deposit product inquiries (including CDs)
- Respond to member requests through email and secure messaging
- Perform account maintenance and research as needed
- Review required documentation for new accounts
- Support fellow call center team members via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with escalations, overrides, and reversal requests
- Participate in quality review processes and daily reporting tasks
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with your team
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned-great exposure for growth!
What We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn and grow:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual skills are a plus!)
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment and manage frequent change
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Willingness to learn and follow federal regulations and company policies
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Deskbased role (approximately 95% of the workday)
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Nonsmoking work environment
