We are hiring for Customer Service Representative position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Position is Part Time, 0.8 FTE, Day Shift, 32 hours per week. Located onsite at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Responsible for providing fast and accurate information upon request internally and externally. Is knowledgeable in all departments of the laboratory.

Required Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • 2 years combined customer service and computer experience; using proper office phone etiquette, PC word processing, and spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Two years college education
  • Clinical laboratory or medical system experience.
