Collections Specialist//Call Center

Full Job Description

We are a growing financial services company looking to expand our core group. We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, self-motivated individuals with debt settlement /debt relief sales experience. We provide consumers with an array of debt resolution products; each consumer situation is unique, and our experienced agents will help find the right solution for them. Must possess the ability to analyze a clients financial situation and describe in detail how our programs may benefit them!

We are looking for hungry, experience Collections agents to add to our Team,

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Make Inbound and Outbound Calls- to customers
Fast-paced, high call sales volume environment.
Coachable
Secure the clients past due payment
Consult with clients giving them a brief description on the status of their case
No Cold calling

Education/Experience:
College Degree or High School Diploma
Serious Experienced Sales Candidates Only!

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:

Debt Relief: min of 1 year (Preferred)
Business Loans: 3 years (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Irvine, CA 92705: Relocate before starting work
Work Location: In person
