Are you someone who enjoys helping customers and keeping operions running smoothly? Looking for a role where communicion and coordinion make a real impact? We are hiring a Concrete Ready-Mix Customer Service Representive in Colorado apply if interested.

Youll be the main point of contact for customers placing concrete ready-mix orders, guiding them from order placement through delivery. Youll work closely with Sales, Dispch, plant teams, and field crews to manage order details, changes, and scheduling while keeping customers informed. Youll help keep operions running smoothly by supporting efficient truck scheduling, communicing merial and volume needs, and maintaining accure documention and COD payments. Fluency in English and Spanish and strong knowledge of the Colorado Front Range are key to success in this role.

Wh you will be doing

  • Take and process concrete ready-mix orders and assist customers from order placement through delivery
  • Communice with Sales, Dispch, plants, and Foremen regarding order details, changes, and project updes
  • Educe customers on products, mix designs, delivery availability, and industry standards
  • Manage order modificions before and during delivery and provide real-time stus updes
  • Schedule truck assets efficiently to maximize resources
  • Process COD credit card payments and maintain order documention and tickets
  • Support inventory accuracy by communicing volume and merial changes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Strong knowledge of the Colorado Front Range required

Wh we would like from you

  • Reliable tendance with the flexibility to work irregular hours, frequent overtime, and Surday shifts
  • Strong knowledge of the service area; experience in the transportion and construction industries preferred
  • Proficient mhemical, computer, and telephone skills
  • Excellent customer service and communicion skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizional and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in the concrete and/or ready-mix industry preferred

Locion and other key details:

  • This is a full-time permanent field-based position our Corpore Office, 1120 W 122nd Ave, Suite 301 Westminster, CO 80234.
  • The hours of work will be Monday to Surday, totaling 40 or more hours per week
  • Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Frequent sitting and use of fine motor skills such as manual dexterity, hand / eye coordinion, and active hearing and vision

Salary Range: $25 and up with experience
