THE POSITION We are hiring a full-time Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to be the first impression our customers get when they call Tenz Electric. This is not just an answering service role. You are the heartbeat of the operation booking calls, dispatching technicians, keeping the schedule tight, and making every customer feel heard, valued, and taken care of. If you are warm, organized, fast on your feet, and take genuine pride in doing things the right way we want to talk to you. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Answer inbound service calls and book appointments with professionalism and a great attitude Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, availability, and job type Communicate arrival windows, updates, and follow-ups to customers Manage and prioritize the daily service schedule Coordinate with field technicians to keep jobs moving smoothly Enter and track job information accurately in our service software Handle customer questions and concerns with confidence and care Help deliver a consistently Perfect 10 customer experience on every interaction WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A naturally warm, upbeat phone presence you make people feel good about calling Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or a service-based business is a plus Comfortable with scheduling or service software (or a quick learner) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Someone who takes real pride in their work and is a genuine team player Home services, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry experience is a bonus but not required Experience with Service Titan software. Previous employment as a 911 dispatcher, or similar great encouraged.
