Job Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
Job Duration: 3 Months (Possible extension and potential conversion to FTE)
Shift - 40 hours/week, MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (half-hour lunch, some flexibility)

Job Responsibilities
Summary
As a Customer Service Associate , you will support the team by handling data entry, shipping logistics, and box management. The role requires focus, reliability, and basic computer proficiency, with potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position.

Team Overview
  • One-person job with supervisors available onsite

Typical Workday
  • Data entry tasks
  • Creating tags from information
  • Labeling and sorting boxes
  • Creating shipping requests and shipping labels
  • May require lifting up to 50 lbs

Must-Have Skills
  • Ability to focus and work full shifts
  • Basic computer skills
  • Data entry proficiency
  • Ability to decipher international addresses
  • Reliability in showing up onsite
  • Willingness to be trained

Experience & Education
  • Baseline role, minimal experience required
  • Basic education level sufficient

Software Skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with shipping programs (training provided)
