They may have been served Notice of Default (N.O.D.) because they are behind on their mortgage payments or are seriously behind on their taxes. Many have experienced the death of their partner or have recently filed for divorce. Some may have inherited a second home plus numerous other reasons. Currently we are focusing on pre-foreclosures.
