ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Answer phones regarding shortages, overages, pick-ups, and orders
- Key in credits and pick-ups.
- Maintains retails, customizations, item replacements, shelf tags, price books, etc.
- Authorizes and retails bookings, posters and show products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three to four years customer relations experience.
- Experience with computers and 10-key required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasking and deadline driven preferred.
