About the Role: Classic Hand Wash is seeking a professional and mature Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join our team at our Preserve Lane location. As the first point of contact for our clients, you are the face of the business. We are looking for a grounded individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a premium customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Evaluation: Inspect incoming vehicles to recommend the appropriate wash and detailing services based on the vehicle's condition. Membership Sales: Actively promote and sell monthly membership programs to recurring customers. Transaction Management: Responsibly handle payments and process transactions accurately. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every guest has a positive experience and address inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Traffic Flow: Manage the consistent flow of vehicles entering the facility to maintain efficiency. Procedures & Safety: Instruct customers on car wash procedures and safety protocols. Training & Development: Comprehensive Training: Complete on-the-job training will be provided to ensure full mastery of our services, POS systems, and customer engagement standards. Proficiency Evaluation: Following the training period, a proficiency test will be administered. Candidates must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the role, safety procedures, and sales techniques to move forward. Requirements & Qualifications: Mature Professionalism: A dependable individual with a strong work ethic and a calm demeanor under pressure. Sales Aptitude: Comfortable engaging with customers to explain the value of memberships and service upgrades.
