As the first point of contact for our clients, you are the face of the business. We are looking for a grounded individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a premium customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Evaluation: Inspect incoming vehicles to recommend the appropriate wash and detailing services based on the vehicle's condition. Membership Sales: Actively promote and sell monthly membership programs to recurring customers. Transaction Management: Responsibly handle payments and process transactions accurately. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every guest has a positive experience and address inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Traffic Flow: Manage the consistent flow of vehicles entering the facility to maintain efficiency. Procedures & Safety: Instruct customers on car wash procedures and safety protocols. Training & Development: Comprehensive Training: Complete on-the-job training will be provided to ensure full mastery of our services, POS systems, and customer engagement standards. Proficiency Evaluation: Following the training period, a proficiency test will be administered.
