You will work closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions. Ideal Profile : The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively support our customers. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Technical skills in customer support software and CRM systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
