Immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep for this Danbury areapany. Pay rate $20hr. .

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following:

Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner

Taking calls from customers about their accounts and orders

Troubleshooting issues and resolving in a timely manner

Scheduling customers for service

Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

2+ years exp as a Customer Service position in a similar position

Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills

Must have fast and accurate data entry skills

Must be highlyanized with ability to prioritize

Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Fridays

Pay rate $20 hr

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
