LHH is seeking a detailoriented and servicedriven Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations for a major commercial property firm in Sandy Springs, GA. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in delivering a polished tenant and visitor experience while providing administrative and operational support to the Property Management team.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience

  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and service requests, routing and resolving issues whenever possible

  • Create, update, and track work orders and preventive maintenance requests within the property management system

  • Support tenant relations initiatives including moveins/outs, welcome packages, building communications, and tenant events

  • Maintain certificates of insurance and vendor compliance documentation

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, mailings, filing, and general office administration

  • Support Property Management and Engineering teams with clerical and operational tasks as needed

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Remain knowledgeable on building procedures and assist during emergency situations when required

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support (real estate or property management a plus)

  • Strong customer service mindset with professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, onsite office environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Yardi experience preferred

  • Dependable, adaptable, and motivated by supporting a collaborative team
