Area Office Services Coordinator
Denver, CO (Onsite)
Work Location: Varies daily within the Denver, CO area
3 Months+ (Temp to perm)
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary:
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong customer service skills while supporting multiple customer sites across different industries. Responsibilities may vary daily depending on operational needs, coverage requirements, and assigned locations.
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, customer-focused, eager to learn, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily operations across multiple customer accounts within the Denver area
Deliver services including mailroom operations, shipping/receiving, production and finishing, reception, hospitality, and conference room setup
Support the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions
Provide temporary coverage for absent staff or during onboarding and training
Assist in process improvement initiatives and procedural documentation
Develop and maintain accurate Site Procedures Guides and ensure compliance
Conduct site safety inspections and ensure customer compliance
Engage with customers and end users to ensure satisfaction and respond to feedback
Report and escalate customer issues and support resolution to completion
Collect operational data to assist in Monthly Operations Reviews
Submit accurate and timely monthly expense reports with proper coding
Perform other duties as assigned
Daily Duties May Include
Mailroom operations
- Shipping & receiving
- Fleet management support
- Reproduction/print center operations and finishing work
- Hospitality and reception services
- Conference room setup and support
- Copy, print, scan, and document support
- Customer service and administrative support
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
Minimum of 12 months of relevant office, facilities, or customer support experience
Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid, violation-free driver’s license
Meet minimum auto insurance requirements per Ricoh policy
Comfortable with frequent local driving (travel between sites up to 50 miles)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; assistance provided for heavier loads
Capable of prolonged standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and file/folder navigation
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing priorities, and solve issues independently
Work Environment & Conditions:
Office and warehouse settings with normal lighting, noise, and ventilation
Regular exposure to minor physical hazards (e.g., paper cuts, lifting boxes)
May require pushing/pulling wheeled machines up to 400 lbs for maintenance access
Some sites may require paid parking (partially validated in certain cases
