Central Office Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) Company: Veteran's Alarm Location: Midland, MI Position Overview:Veteran's Alarm has a Part-Time opening in its central office. We are seeking a dependable, self-starting team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to process information quickly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism and accuracy when assisting clients and responding to alarm activity. This position requires availability for nights and weekends. Primary Responsibilities: Assist clientele with their security and fire systems Accurately respond to incoming alarm transmissions Dispatch the proper authorities as needed Provide professional customer service and support Process information quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy Work independently and collaboratively as part of the Veteran's Alarm team Requirements: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work nights and weekends Self-starting attitude with a strong team-player mentality Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are essential Additional Information: This is a part-time position Candidates should have a genuine interest in working for a locally-owned company Veteran's Alarm values reliability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
