Your Role as Customer Service Representative
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from residential customers

  • Schedule appointments for HVAC service, maintenance, and replacement consultations

  • Communicate professionally and clearly with homeowners to understand their needs

  • Accurately document customer information and update CRM records

  • Coordinate with sales managers and internal teams to route leads appropriately

  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintain strong attention to detail in a high-volume office environment

  • Track appointment bookings and customer interactions

  • Work on-site in Mahopac, New York

  • 35 years of customer service, call center, inside sales, or administrative support experience

  • Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
