What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service while taking guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter or drive-thru using registers or iPads
- Deliver dine-in and mobile orders promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked restaurant environment
- Assist with cleaning and restocking during non-peak hours
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment
- Cross-train in Front of House and Back of House support positions, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and additional stations as needed
Shift Availability
- Must have Saturday availability.
Qualifications & Skills
- No experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Must be able to communicate and write effectively in English
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Confident money handling skills preferred
- Must comply with Chick-fil-A professional appearance guidelines, including no tattoos on the face, neck, or behind the ears
