What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service while taking guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter or drive-thru using registers or iPads
  • Deliver dine-in and mobile orders promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked restaurant environment
  • Assist with cleaning and restocking during non-peak hours
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment
  • Cross-train in Front of House and Back of House support positions, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and additional stations as needed

Shift Availability

  • Must have Saturday availability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • No experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Must be able to communicate and write effectively in English
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Confident money handling skills preferred
  • Must comply with Chick-fil-A professional appearance guidelines, including no tattoos on the face, neck, or behind the ears
