Description
We are seeking customer-focused Call Center Representatives to support a high-volume inbound call environment. In this role, you will be trained on online banking services and provide support to customers navigating digital banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily
Assist customers with online banking inquiries and troubleshooting
Deliver exceptional service while managing sensitive customer concerns
De-escalate challenging situations with patience and professionalism
Maintain composure when assisting customers experiencing frustration or long hold times
Work Environment:
100% remote position
All equipment will be provided
Requirements for the Call Center Representatives:
2+ years of call center OR heavy phone customer service experience required
Banking experience preferred
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps required)
Must have access to a router at your workspace (ethernet connection required; cables provided if needed)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Overtime available on a voluntary basis
