What Youll Do:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Schedule appointments for sales department
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
