We are looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service / Clerical Assistant to support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service.

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Prepare, organize, and file documents
• Process paperwork and update customer information
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
