Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with some flexibility).
  • Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM (as needed).

Pay: $17.75-$18.75 per hour

Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Jamestown Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How Youll Make an Impact:

  • Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
  • Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
  • Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
  • Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.

What Were Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75
  • Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!
  • Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 30-39 per week scheduled for the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!
