Banking

IMKO and a local Siouxland bank have an opening for a Full Time Customer Service Position.

Hours will be:

Days: Mon - Fri 8:15 AM - 5:45 PM with ONE Saturday a month

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities are, however, not be limited to:

* Open new accounts

* Resolving account issues

* Customer Service - Answering calls and questions about accounts

* Maintain Customer and bank confidentiality

* Explaining Products

* Handle complex request

* Relationship building, cross selling bank products

* Customer retention
