Key Responsibilities:

Accurately document customer interactions and update account records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up as needed.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or support environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
