Previous experience inindustrial customer serviceor a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Accurate data entry and strong follow-up skills.

Preferred:

Familiarity with order entry systems and ERP software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

What You'll Be Doing:

Receive, enter, and verify customer orders for accuracy and completeness.

Communicate with customers to clarify and perfect order details as needed.

Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Resolve questions and concerns quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and changes.
