Kelly Services is partnering with Schneider to hire a Senior Customer Specialist in Green Bay, WI. This role plays a key part in supporting customer accounts by managing freight activity, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence through proactive monitoring and coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities- Track and oversee customer freight activity to identify potential service disruptions and address issues before they escalate.
	 - Adjust plans and recommendations based on changing freight volumes and customer needs.
	 - Leverage internal systems and reporting tools to evaluate trends, service gaps, and performance metrics.
	 - Develop and propose practical solutions to improve service outcomes.
	 - Partner closely with internal teams, leadership, and external customers to ensure timely and reliable service execution.
	 - Participate in freight solicitation activities and negotiate rates aligned with current market conditions.
	
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
	 - At least one year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role preferred.
	 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
	 - Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
