Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to build and manage business-to-business (B2B) relationships and support daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring client orders, resolving service issues, and helping to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities



    	

  • Monitor client orders and shipments to identify issues and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications



    	

  • High school diploma or GED required

    	

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred

    	

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    	

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    	

  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
