Our client, a health-related benefits organization, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Rockville, Maryland. About The Job: Provide high-touch customer service support within a benefits-focused organization Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, and claims Assist members with questions, including explaining claim outcomes and payment details Research and resolve benefit and eligibility issues in coordination with internal teams and vendors Accurately document all interactions in the system Support enrollment processing and maintain member records Navigate internal systems and online resources to provide accurate information Escalate complex issues as needed and assist with special projects About You: 1+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred) High School Diploma required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and empathy Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working with confidential information Proficiency in MS Office Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Positive, reliable, and team-oriented Typing speed of 40+ WPM About The Position: Start Date: ASAP! $27/hr Perm Salary: $62K Schedule: Monday-Friday 100% onsite Free parking!
