Adecco is hiring immediately for onsite Bilingual Call Center Representatives with our client located in El Segundo, CA. As a Call Center Representative, you will manage a high volume of inbound calls and customer inquiries in an onsite call center, providing accurate and timely support. This role includes researching and resolving customer issues,municating clearly in both verbal and written formats, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. Additional responsibilities involve navigating multiple systems, performing accurate data entry with strong attention to detail, andpleting required pre-employment assessments, includingputer skills, data entry, and call center simulations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience

Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills in English and Spanish

Basicputer literacy, including Windows systems, with strong data entry accuracy and speed

Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Mustplete pre-employment assessments, includingputer skills, data entry, and call center simulation

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
