We are now hiring Contact Center Customer Service Reps for our client in Augusta, Maine ! This long-term contract offers a $20 per hour rate with M-F day shifts .

Performing over-the-phone customer service
Accurately completing volume data entry
Supporting large-scale departmental projects and initiatives
Researching and gathering documentation to complete files

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Prior successful contact center experience
Ability to work on dual monitors and navigate multiple systems
Professional and courteous demeanor
High school diploma/equivalent or above
