Insurance Call Center Representative

Do you have 1 year of RECENT Call Center Experience? Also RECENT Insurance experience? Are you completely comfortable with $25-$30/hr PLUS Benefits? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! Start date: 6/22/2026 Shift: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm Client interviews NEXT WEEK for consideration! Note: This position is ONSITE in Westlake, TX(76262) If receive an offer after interview, must be willing to obtain a Texas P&C license before start.

salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve moderate-to-complex inquiries via email/chat.
  
  

• Execute policy endorsements and audits accurately across carriers.
  
  

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and carrier SLAs.
  
  

• Document cases with precision in Salesforce and carrier systems.
  
  

• Mentor and train L1-L2 agents on workflow best practices.
  
  

• Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and SOP refinement.
