Adecco is hiring immediately for Call Center Representatives with our client located in El Dorado, AR. As a Call Center Representative, you will work onsite in El Dorado and reside within amutable distance. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and supporting operational, technical, and mechanical issues atpany locations. Duties involve troubleshooting and resolving issues with systems such asputers, pumps, registers, credit card processing, connectivity, refrigeration, and HVAC, or escalating when needed. Additional responsibilities include documenting calls and resolutions, maintaining accurate data entry, and providing professional customer service using strongmunication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

At least 1 year of relevant experience required

Strongputer and phone system proficiency, including troubleshooting capabilities

Typing speed of 40+ WPM with accurate data entry skills

Strong customer service,munication, and phone etiquette skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving ability to resolve or escalate technical and operational issues

Ability to accurately document calls, issues, and resolutions inpany systems

Available Shift

1st shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
