To Apply for this Job Click Here This is a temporary, fully onsite call center customer service opportunity with a transportation services company supporting a major public transit system, based in Boston, MA. The role pays $20-$22/hour and runs on a Thursday through Monday schedule, with weekday shifts from 11:45am-8:15pm and weekend shifts from 9:30am-6:00pm (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off). The assignment is expected to run through July with potential for extension. Job Responsibilities Answer 40-50 inbound customer calls per day, depending on service levels and events Log all customer interactions and complaints accurately in the system Ensure detailed documentation for complaint records Route complaints to appropriate departments for follow-up investigation Escalate safety-sensitive calls to management as needed Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and helpful manner (Preferred) Assist with customer communication via email Candidate Qualifications Prior customer service or call center experience Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or escalated calls Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to work on a laptop Willingness to learn transit system operations and procedures Flexibility with schedule changes as needed A1454887IR_...
