Responsibilities for Customer Service Specialist include:

Answer customer inquiries by phone, with occasional support via email, chat, or text

Provide basic information about products and services

Assist customers with simple orders and transactions

Follow standard procedures to document and report issues

Enter and update customer information inpany systems

Use internal tools to look up product details and respond to questions

Followpany guidelines for handling customer data

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Basicmunication skills (verbal and written)

Basicputer and data entry skills

Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures

Problem-solving skills

Customer service skills or willingness to learn

Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed

Available Shift:

2nd shift schedule

Start times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM

Monday through Friday coverage

Weekend shifts included as needed

Pay Details: $14.93 per hour
