Now Hiring: Call Center Representative - $18/hr | M-F 1pm-7pm Are you confident on the phone and great with people? We're hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company! You would be responsible for calling leads and scheduling appointments over the phone. Position Details: Schedule: Monday- Friday 1pm-7pm Pay: $18/hour PLUS BONUSES !! Location: HYBRID or in office About the Role: Make calls to leads to generate free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in bath and shower remodeling Follow up with warm leads who haven't scheduled yet Use CRM and scheduling software to manage calls and appointments What We're Looking For: Great phone presence and conversation skills Strong typing, computer, and organizational abilities Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment Why Join Us?
