Location (mandatory): Madison, WI 53705 This role supports multiple Client-managed customer sites by performing mail delivery, print job assembly, answering phones, replacing toner, and placing machine service calls. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, adapts well to change, learns quickly, and works well under pressure. The position involves walking, delivering toner/mail, lifting up to 50 lbs., and using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other standard applications. Job Responsibilities: Support daily operations at multiple locations within the region Assist management with process improvement, procedural testing, and operational compliance Support Field Implementation Managers with new account launches and service expansions Assist with onboarding and cross-training of team members Help develop and update Site Procedure Guides; ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain thorough knowledge of all contracted services at assigned sites Perform daily site inspections for service quality and safety compliance Provide feedback via surveys or reporting tools to improve customer experience Fill in for absent staff, including site management when needed Deliver all aspects of contracted services while traveling between accounts Foster a customer-focused environment and gather customer feedback Escalate customer issues to ESM/AOM and support resolution Communicate promptly and effectively with customers and end users Collect data and assist with Monthly Operations Review tasks Perform other duties as assigned Skills: Service Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator, Print, Mail, Mailing, Scanner, Copying Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required
