Customer Care Specialist

Job Description

The Customer Care Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to pet parents and prescribers. This position requires compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills across multiple channels while supporting pharmacy operations and fulfillment teams.

Description

Deliver outstanding customer service with kindness, empathy, patience, and understanding, keeping pet patients and customers at the center of every interaction

Efficiently navigate and document within multiple systems to access and maintain patient and prescriber profiles

Adapt quickly to various customer interaction types, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, SMS, chat, and written correspondence, including mailed prescriptions

Work both independently and collaboratively to resolve customer inquiries and support service goals

Communicate effectively and partner with team members across pharmacy, laboratory, fulfillment, shipping, and warehousing operations

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely customer support

Training and Work Environment

Six weeks of paid, onsite classroom training at the Swedesboro, New Jersey campus

Weeks 1-3: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Weeks 4-6: Monday-Friday, start times may be 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM

Posttraining shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (subject to change during future shift bids)

Call center hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
